First of all, I want to make it clear that our service is not for everyone.  If you aren’t grossing $7,500/month or more with your south Maui vacation rental, we might not be a good fit for you.  However, if you’re unit is anywhere from Kamaole I beach or south, then you probably should be grossing that much anyway. In which case, our services might be great for you.

Typical property management works like this: They take a percentage of your gross revenue. So, if you were to gross $10,000 month off of your Maui Kamaole unit, property management would likely take $2500.  There would then be fees to pay for any maintenance repairs, supply replenishing, commissions, etc.

Our service works a little different.  We take a flat fee instead of a percentage base.  For the right properties, this means we could literally save you thousands of dollars each month!  We have a boutique service where we can only handle a small amount of units. We’re more interested in growing smarter than growing quicker.  By keeping our integrity up and our team small, we can provide better service than most property management on the island.

Our founder is a retired firefighter who spent his career working in the Kihei/Wailea district. He’s also a successful short term rental investor in South Maui. He’s been in every building on the south side and knows more about each complex than many of their property managers. Our team has more local knowledge of south Maui than just about anyone and that’s where we excel. We don’t touch Lahaina, Kaanapali or Kapalua.  We just service Kihei, Wailea and Makena. Because of this extreme focus, we can offer an attention to detail and local insights that most other providers cannot.
